As I went on blog-patrol this week to view all of the Studio Friday entries, I noticed that MOST of the artist's studios have a resident cat or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5! As I went from blog to blog, I saw the occasional dog, occasional cacti and even a chocolate bar! LOL What caught my eye was the photos of the beautiful cats that graced each artist's studio. I realized that MY STUDIO is missing something! A CAT!! We're in the process of moving to PA so I wouldn't want to upset the balance of nature right now by getting a cat, but when we move, I think that's exactly what I'm going to do. I will go to a shelter and adopt a cat for my studio !! (well.. of course for my FAMILY!!! ) I think that it will make my studio complete to have a cat, sunning herself on the edge of my desk in the bright sunshine!!
Your cats are SOOO sweet and I know they are not just ordinary cats, they're FAMILY members!
Thanks for sharing your babies with us!
    XO

    Such sweet kitties.

I go nowhere without my kitty. She has been with me longest and is a huge comfort to me in any situation. We have always been tight, but after I had Jacob and spent four nights in the hospital and Derick said she cried pitifully looking for me all that time, she has been my little shadow. She sits with me, cooks with me, sleeps with me, changes diapers with me. I would love to have more but I know she would drop dead of a broken heart if I did so.

Lovely kiddies! I have five myself and they are involved in every project I do somehow! More than once Luna has wound up with paint all over because she can't keep her nose out! :) Thanks for sharing!!

your little family of kitties is adorable...I am allergic to cats and it disappoints me so badly because a dear friend of mine has 5 and I cant go to her house unless I am drugged that I cant even drive! its a really bad allergy..my nose itches thinking about it..but I do have three dogs...and I have to write about them soon...I am not allergic to the hair ont his particular dog..thank god..because I truly love animals...when my brother went to israel for work for three months recently, he sent us all pics, and in every one the cats were running wild everywhere, it was strange to see them just running all over the place..
