not bad for a gal who's under the weather...

hi all! not feeling the best today, but as i laid in bed (re)reading this past summer issue of somerset studio>>>i found this article by danielle of the vintage dragonfly of her wicked cute jar fairies that i thought i'd give it go. just the other day i found a plain old leaded glass lantern & i got inspired! i thought of just the perfect piece that would fit inside & stuck one of my collage pieces i did a while ago for wednesday stamper...then added a few other doodads & what- voila! my very own altered lantern...this was wicked fun to make {& addictive too, lol}! i definitely will make more of these...but i think this is enough creative excitement for this tired gal...back for a lie down...but i do plan on making more of these lovelies...just when i feel more energetic! {wink}. I love your creations when you are not feeling well, I hope I can do the same, I took the day after to recoup after the holidays...falling behind on everything....especially my thank you to YOU! those cookies, well, hmmm, did I share them with anyone?! not really! I took a few each day (a few too many) and sat with some coffee with my feet up and savored every bite and was actually my saving grace, the package you sent this holiday....also, the ice skate ornament....oh my gosh...I completely am in love with it, after I showed it around to everyone I know, carrying it in my pocket book, I hung it on my tree, and i have a dear friend coming tonight that is going to love it...she comes by to see my sweet treasures..she is my sweet memory girl that i have written about in the past...your picture card is with all of my others in photo clips..I take all the photos I get and place them in clips so I can display them together...wish I could get my act together and create a post from the holidays....not yet...but wanted to thank you....I feel embarrassed but will put a late package together for you today...just a sample of what I wanted to send to you...I have a few hours today since I am taking the day off but have to pick kayla up from school today and get dinner ready for a friend...take care and thank you thank you for making my holidays sweet! I love love love all the cookies and you equally! your cookies and you are simply the best!

Lovely! I adore the hanging star. That lantern was a great find. Hope you're feeling better soon. Thank you for the mag you sent. Full of inspiration and the sweet little nutcracker dude. I've been meaning to put a little envelope of schtuff in the mail to you as a thankyou. A bit delayed with the holidays but at the top of my to-do-list. God bless your new year. As always thanks for all the inspiration you share here. Take care, Alisa

Hello, I am Tammy's sister. I LOVE this. Faries and angels are my passion, that's why Tammy wanted me to see this. Plus, she just got me a subscription to Sommerset mag. for Christmas, too bad I will miss this one. Is there anyway you can tell me where to find all those lovley little girls being used for faries these the one in the project. I would love to have a CD of them, Can you, or any other readers help me. I see them all the time in projects, but can never find the girls to dress up. Enjoying your blog. Thanks in advance for your help
